The Denver Millennial March is an all-accepted, all-inclusive march through the city of Denver on Inauguration Day, which will take place January 20, 2017, and be held by teamLOVE. teamLOVE is a group of Boulder students and youth dedicated to making the future responsible. Our goal is to protect progressive legislation to support the rights of ALL humans by fundraising and providing an event for groups like Planned Parenthood, the Gay-Straight Alliance, Greenpeace, the NAACP, and more to come together and communicate the cause.
3rd annual TDOR Gathering in memory of the transgender lives we have lost in 2016. We will start with statements from community leaders followed by a naming ceremony in the Laburinth at UCC. There will also be break out processing groups for transgender people and cisgender allies.

We will discuss appropriate language for LGBTQ identities, pronouns, and how you can support transgender people in your family, workplace, and school.

Trans Youth Education and Support (TYES) and Out Boulder County present a special event for youth ages 4 through 12 who are transgender, gender queer, gender fluid, gender expansive, and for any other youth who don't identify with the gender they were assigned at birth. This event is also open to siblings of gender expansive youth.
Celebrating Our Youth: Tips on how to be a parent and ally to our gender expansive and trans children.
Themes of responding to bullying, early detection of self-harm, acknowledging we all have a gender identity, and understanding intersectionality will be addressed.
Andrew and Caitlin will be drawing upon information received at the Annual 2016 Gender Spectrum Conference they attended in California this summer as well as their personal and professional experience.
