Submit Your Event
In order to submit an event for our calendar, you must become a registered user.
Once you register you will be sent a password via e-mail (this may take up to an hour). Once you logon as a user, click the "calendar" button in the upper left hand corner of the site and select "submit an event" from the drop down menu. Until you register, you will not be able to submit an item..
Once events have been submitted, they need to be approved by staff. This means you won't see your event on the calendar until someone has done that. Generally we have a staff person check for events and approve them Mon, Tues, Wed, and Thurs. If you submit something after 3pm on Thursday, it won't be approved until the following Monday.
The website's online calendar lists community events. It highlights events and services of interest to Boulder County's LGBTQ and Allied community—and we’d like your input.
To have your event considered, please use the form to submit a brief article (200 words or less). All submissions must include why the event is of interest to the LGBTQ and Allied community. Please note that, as a 501c3 non-profit, Out Boulder cannot post partisan political postings or events. Submissions not following these guidelines will be returned to the sender. Out Boulder reserves the right to reject or edit all submissions.
Please send in your event information as early as possible. Generally, the eNewsletter is published on Tuesdays, but may break from schedule as circumstances require. To have your event listed in the calendar or eNewsletter, you must make the submission by 5:00 pm Friday of the week prior to your desired publication date. Submissions received after the deadline may be rejected. Please note: Due to space limitations of our format, most non-Out Boulder events will run in the eNewsletter only once.
