Submit your event for the online calendar and the Out Boulder County weekly eNewsletter! Out Boulder County’s eNewsletter is a free email publication sent to subscribers by Out Boulder as a community service. The website’s online calendar lists community events. Both highlight events and services of interest to Boulder County's LGBTQ and Allied community—and we’d like your input.
If you would like to add an event to the site, you must first become a registered user. Once you register you will be sent a password (this takes up to an hour). Then you can log on to the site and submit events to the calendar.
Until you register, you will not be able to submit an item, but once you have, you can click the "calendar" button in the upper left hand corner of the site and a button that says "Submit an Event" will drop down. Here you can add all necessary info and submit an event to the calendar.
Once events have been submitted, they need to be approved by staff. You won't see your event on the calendar until someone has approved it.
All submissions must include why the event is of interest to the LGBTQ and Allied community. Please note that, as a 501c3 non-profit, Out Boulder County cannot post partisan political postings or events. Submissions not following these guidelines will be returned to the sender. Out Boulder County reserves the right to reject or edit all submissions.
Please send in your event information as early as possible. Generally, the eNewsletter is published on Wednesdays, but may break from schedule as circumstances require. To have your event listed in the calendar or eNewsletter, you must make the submission by 5:00 pm Friday of the week prior to your desired publication date. Submissions received after the deadline may be rejected. Please note: Due to space limitations of our format, most non-Out Boulder events will run in the eNewsletter only once and may only appear in the Community Calendar section.
