Support Out Boulder County
A year ago, on June 24, 2016, we opened our Longmont office because of the generosity of one individual who led the community in giving.
Since that time we have served close to 2,000 people across Longmont. Our presence has changed the conversation in this once very conservative town. We have built and strengthened new relationships with community partners, worked more closely with St. Vrain Valley Safe Schools Coalition (SVVSD) and we've started new social and support groups.
We have accomplished all of this because of committed volunteers, a specific grant from the Open Door Fund (which ends at the ends on June 30th, 2017), and because of support from individuals like you.
We have a solid foundation for moving forward and we need your continued support to help us take the next steps.
Our fundraising goal to move us fully into 2018 for Longmont space and programming is $12,000.
Every gift matters whether it be monthly or a one-time gift.

Heroes step forward every day to keep Out Boulder County running every day with their volunteer time, monthly donations, and one-time gifts. We need you now more than ever to help us prepare for a difficult time politically and socially for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer people.
There are many different ways for you to get involved in supporting our services, programs, and support at this critical time:
- You can make a tax-deductible gift by clicking here to visit Colorado Gives.
- Purchase one or more of the gifts listed on our Amazon Wish List here: http://a.co/5i3A610. If you buy anything on Amazon throughout the year, make sure you use www.smile.amazon.com and choose "Boulder Pride" as your charity. We will receive a percentage of any purchases.

In 2016, Out Boulder County produced two Pride festivals, assisted in the addition of “transgender status” to the St. Vrain Valley School District’s nondiscrimination policies, piloted the first transgender employment program in Boulder County, added 4 new support/social groups, and last but not least, we finally opened an Out Boulder County office in Longmont.
We can only continue to do our trailblazing work in Boulder County with your continuing support, which is why we want to ask you to join us as a monthly donor.
Planned Giving: Continued Support Through Estate Planning
Each year, Out Boulder County advocates, educates, and provides services, programs, and support to Boulder County’s lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer people. We‘ve been doing that for over 20 years, so we know the changes that need to be made to achieve our communities’ full inclusion in society will require decades more of sustained work – and that’s where you come in. Be a part of this future by including a gift to Out Boulder County in your estate plans. Your gift will be a legacy to your passion and commitment to the Boulder County LGBT community.
