In our WTF classes, you will learn some basic maintenance and plenty of tips to help you get on your bike and go! There will be lots of space for any and all questions. The class is open to women, trans*, femme, gender noncomforming and genderqueer folks.
WTF Workshop 1 covers riding basics including what to carry, rules of the road, commuting tips and safety, as well as terms and bike anatomy. In the hands on portion, students will learn how to fix a flat.
This training is for current volunteers and newcomers to Speaking Out! Join us for a conversation about sexuality and gender, practice your story to share in future panels, and get to know everyone else in the program. This training is AS CLOSE TO MANDATORY AS POSSIBLE for continuing with the Speaking Out program.
