A few months ago, our five year old niece was trying to make sense of the
jobs the adults in her life do for a living.
For example, her uncle edits a trade journal. As my partner explained what he
does, her five year old mind turned that into, “My uncle writes stories.”
Our niece’s father helps companies maximize their online marketing
opportunities. She translated his work as, “My daddy makes money” (I think she
pictured him literally printing out the dollar bills right at work :) ).

It's time to kick off Prop Gay in 2011, and what better way than getting
back to our roots. Prop Gay will be an ‘old school’ guerrilla take over
this month. Here’s the kicker: you in your beach gear! That’s right, a
guerrilla beach party in January (in a frozen state devoid of water),
equip with homos and allies galore, large balls, floaties and a whole
lot of fierce dancing!

Bring your own mug and your own chair/blanket if you have comfort preferences. We will have some of both but want this to be as casual, fun and comfortable as possible. Snacks, coffee, tea and hot chocolate will be available for purchase at the concession table.
