Kaylin Gray, Ph.D. is a research psychologist who believes in the power of data to confirm, surprise, orient, align—and ultimately to compel action. She has dedicated her professional life as an applied social psychologist to unraveling complex issues, asking questions and listening deeply, finding the humanity in the stories data tell, and building bridges from research to real change.
Kaylin earned her doctorate in social and organizational psychology from Columbia University and then specialized in nonprofit research, team process, and organization effectiveness consulting. She grew up in Minnesota and lived in New York City and Portland, OR before settling in Boulder in 2005. With her wife, Kimala, Kaylin now leads Unwoven Collective, a social enterprise leveraging research, impact investing, and grants to form partnerships that foster a more inclusive, equitable, sustainable, and just world. Kaylin and Kimala are also the grateful parents of three brave and bold adolescents who make every day an adventure.
Kaylin is honored to be serving as OBC’s president, and thrilled that her penchant for detail can be channeled in support of this impactful organization and our amazing LGBTQ+ community.

The Rev. Nicole M. Garcia, M.A. LPC is therapist and clinical supervisor with the Umbrella Collective in Boulder. Nicole was the first queer transgender Latina to be ordained as a minister in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). Nicole isn't currently serving in a church, but she is very active with the Metropolitan Community Church of the Rockies (MCCR) in Denver. Nicole was born in Boulder (oh so long ago) and has previously served as a member of the Out Boulder County board of directors and she decided it was time to rejoin the board of OBC as she is so excited about the work being done and the incredible future in store for OBC.

Angie is a mission-driven HR, Finance, and Business Operations senior leader with over 15 years of experience providing scalable solutions for growing organizations. Beginning her career managing back end business operations for her parents' small business, she has a keen understanding of how seemingly minor decisions can impact a small organization in a very large way. She is passionate about doing all she can to advance diversity, equity and inclusion at organizations with which she partners. Angie is inspired by the work OBC is doing and is thrilled to be able to use her skills and experience to support OBC in serving the LGBTQ+ community. Angie lives in Denver with her husband Jason and son Everett. She enjoys community volunteer work, reading, hosting dinner parties and brunches, and enjoying the beautiful weather and scenery that Colorado has to offer.

Teresa DeAnni is a Boulder resident since 1990 and is the Healthy Aging Programs Manager for the Boulder County Area Agency on Aging. She currently manages Nutrition, Wellness and Medicare Counseling programs for older adults in Boulder County. She was the originator of Rainbow Elders, the first publicly funded older LGBTQ group in 2000, established the Silver Lining directory of LGBTQ friendly services, and co- created with Emily Lewis, the nationally recognized and award-winning training about older LGBTQs in 2004. Inclusivity and diversity awareness is a passion for her, personally and in her work.
She has a Master’s Degree in Gerontology and has extensive program development, planning and grant writing experience. She brings a creative, innovative and solution-focused mindset to any endeavor. She lives in Boulder with her wife Anne and daughter Mae and their cats, Ripple and Splash. She enjoys bicycling, running (really slow), writing and reading. She is a member of Resonance Women’s Chorus of Boulder (Alto 1). She is honored to be a part of the next level of growth for Out Boulder County.

Kyle is a fifth-generation Boulder Countian and a partner at the law firm Otten Johnson Robinson Neff & Ragonetti, P.C, where he practices commercial real estate law. He is a Boettcher Scholar and a “Double Buff,” earning both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Colorado. Kyle is also a Boulder County Leadership Fellows graduate and an adjunct professor at the University of Colorado Law School. In his spare time, Kyle reads, travels, enjoys time with with his wife, Lindsay, and is outside as much as possible—mostly on his road or mountain bike. Kyle and Lindsay live in Boulder with their kitty, Pippin, and dog, Gabby.

Jahnavi is a leadership coach & talent and culture consultant and founder of The Vivid Leader. She loves to partner with HR and business leaders to create engaging workplaces where all employees can do their best work. Jahnavi lives in Boulder with her husband, Scott, and daughter, Sarvani. She is currently a Board member for Emergency Family Assistance Association and leads the HR Committee. She enjoys playing tennis (doubles--the net!) and snowboarding (rides goofy). She first learned about Out Boulder County's work by attending a presentation at the Boulder Chamber of Commerce on How to Be a Workplace Ally. She's excited to support OBC in their critical work in our community.

Diana Delgado is the President & CEO of Eaton Senior Communities, Inc., in Lakewood,
Colorado. She joined Eaton in 2008 and has also served as the organization’s Chief Operating
Officer and Executive Vice President. She received her undergraduate degree in Gerontology from the University of Northern Colorado and her graduate degree in Health Services
Administration from Regis University. Diana has a diverse background in aging services, and currently serves as the housing representative on the Colorado Commission on Aging (CCOA) and the co-chair of the CCOA Age-Friendly Communities subcommittee.

Drew Jemilo is an entrepreneur born in Chicago and currently based in Boulder, Colorado. His purpose is to make people's lives happier and more satisfying while improving outcomes for the non-profits he works with. His early career was in technology for large companies, but he was drawn to startups in the mid-90s. In 2008 he began Fast Frontier, an enterprise Agile consulting company, and in 2011, co-founded Scaled Agile, Inc. to roll out the first iteration of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), used by more than 20,000 organizations around the globe. Drew began as a volunteer for Out Boulder County in 2017, joined the Strategic Planning Committee in 2021, and joined the Board in 2022.

After living in Dallas Texas for 33 years and working in the legal field, Bryn retired and moved to Colorado in 2017 to try out the Rocky Mountains. Born in east Tennessee near the Smoky mountains, Bryn grew up enjoying the outdoors. He received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice at the University of South Carolina and a Masters in Theological Studies from Perkins Seminary at Southern Methodist University. While in Dallas, Bryn formed the non-profit organization, Authentic Life Foundation, and worked with the transgender community, including facilitating a support group for non-binary and FTM individuals. Bryn lives in Lyons with his wife Yvonne and their dog Zero. He is a proud parent, and step-parent of adult kids living in Colorado. As a trans man, Bryn shares his life story with schools, churches and other organizations through the Speak Out program. He enjoys volunteer work with Out Boulder and BCAP, and is excited to be a part of the incredible team at Out Boulder and its future growth and programs.

Representative Titone was elected in 2018 to represent House District 27 and is currently serving her third term in office. She proudly serves as the Vice Chair of the Joint Technology Committee, and as a member of the House Health & Insurance, and Agriculture, Water, & Natural Resources committees. She was elected as Co-Chair of the House Majority Caucus and Chair of the Colorado Democratic LGBTQ+ Caucus. She is the first openly transgender legislator in the Colorado General Assembly and the first transgender person in the nation elected to a peer-elected leadership position.
Representative Titone utilizes her background in geochemistry, software development, and LGBTQ+ advocacy to successfully legislate an agenda committed to safety, health, prosperity and equity in Colorado. This session, she was a prime sponsor of SB23-188 Protections for accessing reproductive health care to protect and advance reproductive healthcare in Colorado. Representative Titone’s legislative priorities reflect her commitment to representing her district and uplifting communities suffering from a lack of access to proper healthcare or protections from violence. She continues to inspire and represent the LGBTQ community, especially trans people, in Colorado and on a national scale.

Carey Mason is the Founder/CEO of DEI4BIZ, LLC helping business integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion into their processes and culture. A Cornell Certified Diversity Practitioner, Carey supports businesses who seek to create an inclusive work environment that embraces diversity and provides equitable opportunities that benefit employees, clients, and the community. Carey provides strategic planning, employee assessments, training, coaching, and consulting specifically tailored to assist businesses in their efforts to change their company culture.
Prior to starting his consulting practice, Carey amassed more than 35 years of experience in Human Capital Management, with extensive senior executive experience in marketing, product development, sales, operations, human resources, and customer service working with businesses of various sizes throughout the U.S., Australia, and Southeast Asia. His consulting practice employs proven business methodologies that improve financial management to expand services and profitability.
Carey supports several non-profits including Break Through, the Community Foundation of Boulder, Cultivate NGO, Fertile Ground, the Humane Society of Boulder Valley, Out Boulder County, the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Las Vegas, TGTHR, and Salute Colorado.
Carey received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kentucky, his Master of Arts degree from the Ohio State University, and his Diversity Management Practitioner Certification from Cornell University. Carey and his wife, Amy reside in Boulder, Co.

Chris is a huge proponent of connection and is motivated by what people can accomplish when working together. He is a strategic consultant, social entrepreneur and human rights activist.
Currently, Chris is the Transportation Asset Management Advisory Lead and consultant at HDR Inc., where he oversees the growth of the company’s transportation asset management practice. He possesses a strong risk and asset management background and specializes in providing business improvement consulting services for infrastructure projects in the U.S. and internationally. He has extensive experience working in the highway, transit, municipality, and aviation sectors, where he has helped agencies implement both enterprise and project-level asset and risk management programs.
Chris holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he studied civil systems and engineering for developing communities. He recently served as Vice Chair of the Colorado LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce and President of the Boulder County LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce. He has done extensive work with the homeless and at-risk youth population since 2006, working with and serving on the board of the national organization StandUp For Kids, and previously co-founded a nonprofit, Ally Youth Service that served young men involved in the criminal justice system. He is an avid snowboarder, mountain biker, rock climber, and golfer.

Emily is the owner and sole worker bee of Shine Coaching & Consulting. Shine focuses on business coaching, branding, web design and marketing consulting. She has a passion for empowering others to follow their dreams, and believes strongly in authenticity, connection, compassion, and equality. Emily is also co-creating a local community for families with young children who identify as trans, non-binary, gender fluid or gender non-conforming called Parenting the Rainbow.
Emily is thrilled to be on Out Boulder County’s (OBC) Board of Directors. She is excited about engaging with OBC’s Speaking Out program, and being part of an organization that is so dedicated to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community in these tumultuous times.
Born and raised outside of Boston, MA, Emily received her B.A. in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, and later received her M.A. in Organizational and Corporate Communications from Emerson College in Boston, MA. Her desire for learning and supporting others led her to complete the Co-Active Training Institutes coaching program. A few years later, she was officially certified as a coach by completing Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance through George Mason University.
Currently, Emily lives in Longmont, CO with her partner, two young children, and their two massive and goofy dogs. She enjoys collecting too many house plants, attempting to grow a fruit and veggie garden, embarrassing her children with her singing, and exploring nature with her family.
