Our Youth Program is Out Boulder County's social and educational space for LGBTQ youth and their allies ages 13-18. Our goal is to connect LGBTQ youth to each other while we educate each other about LGBTQ history, current events, and larger social issues. We also use art to express our spectrum of identities and explore everything about ourselves, including our identities.
In addition to our weekly and bi-weekly groups, we also offer special events, including the annual LGBTQQ and Allies Youth Dance in May and Night of Noise Youth Summit. These events are coordinated and planned by paid Youth Interns. We also manage Youth and Family Areas at Longmont Pride (June) and Boulder Pride (September).
All Programs are FREE and open to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and Allied Youth between the ages of 13 and 18.
Are you an adult interested in leading an arts activity? Email Desi at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss opportunities.

Longmont QTs Youth Group (Ages 13 - 18)
Out Boulder County and OASOS hold a youth group that meets in Longmont every Thursday! This group meets at the Community Hub downtown Longmont (515 Coffman St) from 4 - 6 PM. We bring in community speakers, do small group activities, social events, art activities, and so much more. Every week is focused on a different topic, previous weeks have been about GSA leadership, Day of Silence, and strategies for coming out. For any questions, you can contact Desi at email@example.com.
Based on the best practices resiliency model, the goal of Out Boulder County’s youth programming is to help youth thrive and flourish in their personal lives and in the broader community, now and in the future. Out Youth offers opportunities for leadership, social justice education, advocacy, volunteerism, social events, and special projects.
Our youth program is geneously funded by the Buck Foundation and the City of Boulder's Youth Opportunity Fund.
